After the free first assessment: detailed audit report, tailored objection letter in German, references to German law and current case law, concrete next steps.

For retailers and companies with many locations: personal support and an individually agreed process, from a single property to an enterprise portfolio.
What the price depends on
We quote the report after the first assessment, so you know the price before you decide. If our audit itself contains an error, you get your money back.
- Number of statements and locations
- Size and complexity of the property (e.g. shopping centre with weighting keys)
- Which documents are available (lease, annexes, invoices)
- Whether enforcement through our partner law firm is needed

Is the pre-check really free?
Yes, for single statements up to 750 m². You receive the first assessment by e-mail and decide afterwards whether you want the report.
Do you offer framework agreements for store networks?
For portfolios we agree on an individual process and offer. Write to info@nebenkostenprofi.de with the number of locations.
Which years can be checked?
Depending on the lease, up to 36 months back. Older claims are often time-barred.
